The awards will be judged by a panel of industry leaders and experts in a rigorous two stage process including pre-scoring to determine shortlists and a judging meeting where entries are discussed and evaluated in detail to decide winners.
Dawn Anderson is a digital marketing lecturer and researcher at Manchester Metropolitan University, international conference speaker and has an international SEO consultancy, Move It Marketing. She has been in SEO for 10+ years and works with leading brands providing digital marketing strategy across a number of sectors including travel, gaming, legal, insurance and food and nutrition. She is also a UK Search Awards Judge.
Tom Armenante is the Head of SEO at MatalanDirect.com, the online-only furniture arm of Matalan. His role is to oversee the organic search for both the Matalan and MatalanDirect.com sites and aid the internal teams in driving e-commerce performance.
Prior to Tom’s role at MatalanDirect.com he worked at the award-winning SEO Agency, Branded3 where he helped to formulate the search strategy for some of the UK's largest brands. Tom's experience spans a variety of sectors including outdoor fitness, home renovation and financial comparison.
In his spare time he likes to put his knowledge to good use and is focussed on continuing the successful growth of his niche e-commerce site Gocableties.
Liliana is an expert in digital business and, through her own digital consultancy company, she is currently engaged by Henry Schein to define and deliver a number of pioneering digital projects for the group.
Ashton offers UK Digital Experience Awards judging panel her extensive experience working in the global Digital Business and Marketing Industries for over 15 years gleaned from international roles at Amaze PLC, Blast Radius, Guardian Media Group and her own company, LA UK Consulting Ld.
Liliana has a wealth of international experience in the leadership of digital teams including interactive advertising, online marketing, large content management implementations, website design & build. Through her work she has lived, worked and study in England, Germany and in South America, putting her in a key position to assess entries to this award with an international point of view.

David Edmundson-Bird is a proper old-school dot-com casualty from 2001. Currently Principal Lecturer in Digital Marketing Communications and Director of the Econsultancy Masters Programme at MMU Business School, David is also the founder of MMU Agency Life. He has enjoyed several spells in UK academic institutions as well as senior management and non-executive roles in the private digital media sector.
